Our Mission: To protect, restore, and sustain the natural, agricultural, cultural, historical and rural environment in El Dorado County for the benefit of current and future generations.
We are a non-partisan group of citizens who are committed to participate in land use planning, for the enhancement of agricultural lands, enhancement of Native American culture, enhancement of historical heritage, and enhancement of natural resources in El Dorado County.
We see that there are small citizen groups throughout the county, focused on their neighborhood, community, or interest. We hope that Save Our County can be an umbrella network to allow each group to retain their individuality, but provide solidarity as we share information with each other.
